Outplacement (Career Transition)

Our outplacement/career transition services are designed to provide personalized job transition support to employees who have been laid-off or terminated.

We customize our service to each individual’s needs and include a range of assessments and one-on-one sessions with experienced Master’s or Ph.D. level practitioners to determine the best path forward. Additionally, our Career Advisors provide support with the implementation of an effective job search strategy to land the next opportunity.
