Are you finding yourself overwhelmed, unsure of your next step and lost in the decision making of your career? From her professional and personal experience, Lory understands how stressful redefining livelihood can feel. Her hope is to create a peaceful space where people can feel seen and supported. Her door is open to all, regardless of your gender, culture, and abilities. She specializes in neuro-divergence, major life transitions and mid-life evolution.

Her works is grounded in the belief that the people she works with possess what they need to overcome any challenge.  They simply need someone to walk alongside them to uncover that gift. Nothing is more fulfilling to her than helping people find clarity, empowerment, and alignment within themselves.

Deeply rooted in the Humanistic Foundation, her approach blends multiple years of employment program creation, development, delivery and a therapeutical, trauma informed lens. She cultivates a holistic and integrative approach, bringing together Narrative, Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and Art-based interventions. She is also trained in EMDR along with Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping).

Lory holds a Master’s of Arts in Counselling Psychology and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. Additionally, she has completed various training around crisis de-escalation, neurodivergence and gender diversity.
