As a Career Counsellor and Organizational Consultant, he is passionate about helping individuals of all ages make informed, intentional decisions that align with their strengths, values, and aspirations. Whether clients are planning a new career path, transitioning into a new role, navigating workplace dynamics, or seeking to foster professional growth, Christopher partners with them to build the confidence and strategies needed to achieve meaningful career fulfillment.
Christopher’s approach to Career Counselling is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in evidence-based practice. He integrates psychological insight, organizational expertise, and practical career development tools to help clients navigate both the logistical and emotional impacts of career change—including anxiety, identity shifts, burnout, or evolving self-esteem—while creating clear, actionable plans for their future.
A warm and pragmatic practitioner, Christopher emphasizes highlighting clients’ strengths and values as catalysts for growth. Drawing on his background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and business leadership, he enjoys exploring how career decisions intersect with personal meaning, workplace systems, and innovation within organizations.
Christopher holds a BSc (Honours) in Psychology, a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and an MBA with a focus on Innovation Leadership. His academic and professional background spans private practice, consulting, and academic settings, giving him a unique perspective on how individuals and organizations can thrive through alignment, strategy, and personal insight.
Christopher also offers Personal Counselling through our Synthesis Psychology practice. His areas of specialty include managing stress, anxiety, identity concerns, and navigating significant life and career transitions.
