Jocelyn is an engaging and dynamic strategy, leadership and change consultant with years of experience in supporting boards, leaders and their teams to optimise their potential.  She is known for her courage in challenging self-limiting organisational norms and in using systems-thinking to deliver elevated outcomes and new benchmarks.

Ensuring a client-centric focus, Jocelyn provides a bespoke service offering. Her areas of expertise include board effectiveness support, strategic planning, leadership/executive coaching, meeting design/facilitation and change-management.

Originally from Australia, Jocelyn has recently relocated to Canada. Her career has seamlessly spanned professions and industries providing her with a rare and sought after perspective and skill set.  Commencing her professional career as a Sports Physiotherapist, working with Australian elite sporting teams and multiple Olympic gold medallists she understands the mindset and approach of high performers. Leveraging this experience, she brings a goal-oriented approach to her work. 12 years ago, Jocelyn made the seamless transition to the world of high-performance in business, both as a an executive and as a consultant.

Highly accomplished, Jocelyn has a Master’s in Business Leadership (with Distinction), is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course and has a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy.

Having both owned her own businesses, held CEO roles and sat on not-for-profit boards, Jocelyn understands first-hand the pressures of leadership, driving change agendas, and delivering success in a rapidly changing, pressured and complex corporate environment.  This experience underpins her passion for supporting and enabling leaders and their teams to thrive and to achieve individual and collective, success.

A lifelong lover of sport for the camaraderie and fitness benefits on offer, Jocelyn enjoys rowing, golf, skiing and hiking and is a member of the Board of Calgary Rowing Club.
