Jocelyn is an engaging and dynamic strategy, leadership, and change consultant with extensive experience supporting boards, executives, and teams to reach their full potential. She is known for courageously challenging self-limiting organizational norms and using systems thinking to drive elevated outcomes and sustainable results.
She delivers a highly client-focused, bespoke service. Her expertise includes board effectiveness, strategic planning, executive and leadership coaching, meeting design and facilitation, and change management.
Originally from Australia, Jocelyn recently relocated to Canada. Her career spans multiple professions and industries, giving her a rare and highly sought-after perspective.
Jocelyn began her professional journey as a Sports Physiotherapist, working with Australian elite sporting teams and Olympic gold medalists. This experience gave her deep insight into the mindset of high performers and the discipline required to achieve excellence. She brings that same goal-oriented approach to her consulting work.
Twelve years ago, Jocelyn transitioned into the world of high-performance business, serving both as an executive and as a consultant.
She holds a Master’s in Business Leadership (with Distinction), a Master’s in Sports Physiotherapy, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
As a former business owner, CEO, and not-for-profit board member, Jocelyn understands firsthand the pressures of leadership, organizational change, and delivering results in complex environments. This lived experience fuels her passion for helping leaders and teams thrive.
Outside of work, Jocelyn is a lifelong sports enthusiast. She enjoys rowing, golf, skiing, and hiking, and currently serves on the Board of the Calgary Rowing Club.
