Melissa prioritizes creating a nurturing, empathetic, and inclusive atmosphere in her career counselling practice. She dedicates herself to exploring the unique challenges her clients face, emphasizing respect, and compassion as fundamental components of the career counselling journey.

Employing a collaborative approach, Melissa customizes her counselling to suit the individual needs of each client. She finds fulfillment in assisting clients as they navigate an array of career-related challenges. Melissa understands that career decisions can be stressful and has extensive experience supporting clients through difficult times, including managing stress, anxiety and depression as well as relationship dynamics and self-esteem.

Melissa is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. She earned her Master of Counselling degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Lethbridge.

Melissa also provides Personal Counselling through our Synthesis Psychology practice. Her areas of specialty include couples counselling, anxiety, depression, as well as life transitions.
