Aimee’s psychotherapy career spans residential treatment, university clinics, and private practice. After earning her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling in the United States, she made the significant life transition of immigrating to Canada, where she continues to offer her expertise to those navigating their own life changes.
Aimee specializes in life transitions, academic challenges, and identity development, with a particular focus on early adulthood. She has a deep understanding of the complexities that come with major life decisions and career transitions, and is passionate about helping clients overcome the anxiety, depression, burnout, indecision, and relational conflicts that often accompany these challenges.
