Jillian Berg is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. She holds a Master of Counselling Psychology degree from Yorkville University and brings a unique blend of counselling expertise and extensive professional experience in the corporate world to her work in career development.
In her counselling practice, Jillian is experienced in supporting clients navigating both personal and professional transitions, using a strengths-based and solution-focused approach. Before becoming a counsellor, Jillian built a successful career supporting executives in billion-dollar organizations, gaining firsthand experience of the corporate landscape. More recently, she has worked as an executive recruiter, where she partners with companies to assess and hire senior leaders. This insider perspective on both the personal and organizational dimensions of career development informs her empathetic, practical, and future-focused counselling style.
In addition to her counselling work, she continues to support businesses and leaders through her ongoing work in executive recruitment.
