Elaine is a Professional Certified Coach, consultant and entrepreneur based in Toronto. She coaches executives and leaders across Canada and the globe to develop key leadership competencies, skills and behaviours associated with success. As a consultant she supports start-ups, small business and not-for-profits in business start up, strategic planning, annual business plans and systems efficiencies. Elaine is a skilled facilitator and trainer.
Prior to starting her consulting and coaching practice, Elaine worked for 20 years in the consumer-packaged goods industry with large multi-national companies. She was Senior Vice President for The Coca-Cola Company Canada in marketing and general management and has extensive experience in corporate, and product/brand, strategic and business planning; brand, product and business management; marketing; change management; and leadership and team development.
Elaine earned her Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree (BCom) from Queen’s University. She holds designations as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and an Adler Certified Professional Coach (ACPC) with the Adler School of Professional Coaching. She is trained in the CRR Global “Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching” Course (ORSC). Elaine is certified to administer the Bar-On EQ-i® (Emotional Quotient Inventory) assessment tool; the ASSESS® suite of leadership development and 360 assessments tools; the VIA Pro Character Strengths; TKI Conflict Modes and other assessment instruments.
