Meghan is a Registered Psychologist and an entrepreneur. She led the expansion of Canada Career Counselling into Ontario (2016) and Eastern Canada (2022) and oversees the Toronto and Halifax locations. Meghan is recognized for her expertise in Career Counselling and Career Coaching; in addition to helping hundreds of clients successfully navigate their career-related challenges, Meghan has trained and supervised several Career Counsellors, Psychologists, and Psychotherapists. She is also a sought-after speaker, panelist, facilitator, and trainer, and often offers her expert opinion on career, workplace, and mental health matters to the media. Meghan can be described as warm and empathetic, yet candid, realistic, and strategic.
In her work with individuals, Meghan aims to support her clients in improving their self-awareness, self-efficacy, and skills, to attain their career-related goals. She believes everyone has the potential to experience fulfillment in their careers and lives. Meghan’s clients include individuals across career stages, from entry level to executives, and from various industries, such as consulting, banking, and financial services, IT and technology, real estate and development, healthcare, government, not for profit, education, and protective services. Meghan is Registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from McGill University and a Bachelor of Arts with an Honours Specialization in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario. Her approach to counselling is integrative and draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Existential Therapy.
