We offer support across Canada for individuals navigating career change and transition (through career counselling, career coaching, job‐search advising, and retirement career support), as well as consulting for organizations (through leadership, team, and culture development).
Who can use your services?
Our services are available to individuals at any career stage – from recent graduates, mid-career professionals, and those preparing for retirement – as well as to organizations including HR teams, leaders and employees needing career transition, culture or development support.
Are your sessions online or in-person?
Individuals – Career Counselling & Coaching
What is the difference between career counselling and career coaching?
Career counselling focuses on exploring your interests, strengths and career direction with psychological insight; career coaching is more action-oriented, helping you execute and succeed in a chosen path.
Can you help with job search and interview preparation?
Yes, we provide job search advising, which can include résumé/LinkedIn support, networking strategy, and interview coaching to help you secure your next role.
I'm thinking about a major career change - how do you help?
Many of our clients are interested in exploring careers outside of their current industry. Our career counsellors and job search advisors are knowledgeable about roles in a wide variety of fields, and our psychometric assessment and career-development tools include career options across industries.

We offer a full suite of services for organizations, including leadership coaching, team effectiveness workshops, culture transformation, succession planning, career-development programs, and outplacement/career-transition services for employees.
Can you help with outplacement and career transition for departing employees?
Yes — we partner with HR professionals and organizations to guide impacted employees through change with clarity, confidence and tailored job search support through our outplacement services.
How do you tailor your services to our organization's unique needs?
We see the organizations we work with as partners and collaborators. From initial discovery calls through ongoing stakeholder engagement we assess your context, goals, and culture. Each of our service offerings – whether it be a leadership training series, team development module, or employee transition program – is always offered as a customized solution based on an understanding of your unique needs.

What are your credentials?
Our team holds Master’s or Ph.D.-level education in psychology/psychotherapy, combined with business expertise. We’ve been operating since 2009 and have helped thousands of Canadians find clarity in their careers.
Are your services covered by benefits or insurance?
Many of our individual services may qualify under extended health benefits or employee assistance programs. We recommend checking with your provider prior to booking. A note that we do not direct bill.
How do I get started or book a consultation?

What is your cancellation policy?
Canada Career Counselling has a 48-hour cancellation policy, within business hours. This policy is respect-based, meaning consideration is taken for emergency situations and illness.
